While “investors” cover up defects and the effects of years of neglect on homes, Atlantic-Coastal Properties, to the surprise of many contractors, takes the time to uncover every defect and properly restore homes to “like new” condition. Siding and drywall is removed to expose walls to ensure the material and structural integrity of the home are in good condition. Fixtures, flooring, appliances, cabinets, windows, and doors are removed and updated. From the exterior to kitchens and bathrooms, the outdated gives way to new and stylish features. Neglected homes are brought back to life. Buyers can rest assured that the home is structurally solid and that defects are not covered up but rather properly repaired to meet and exceed industry standards.

Jay Curbow has been building award winning custom homes in Florida for over 10 years. Jay brings over 15 years of construction experience to the team with a “hands on” philosophy that is not typical of many custom home builders. Not surprisingly, quality is often compromised with high volume builders. They cannot devote the necessary time to projects and often hire inexperienced resources to keep up with volume. Jay purposely limits his number of projects to ensure he maintains a consistent group of quality craftsmen, and he can spend the necessary time on site and with home owners to deliver a quality of craftsmanship that exceeds expectations.
