He brings to the industry a customer centric attitude and an uncompromising attention to quality and detail that he developed after 25 years in management and executive positions with Fortune 50 companies. John’s passion for home construction started at a young age when his grandfather was building homes. John has renovated many distressed properties in Flagler County. He is heavily involved on-the-job in overseeing every aspect of the renovation project to make sure every property is in “like new” condition before going on the market.

Jay has been building homes throughout Flagler County and Florida for the past 10 years. Contrary to most home builders approach, Jay purposely limits the number of new home construction projects he takes on so he is able to provide the hands on attention you deserve and to ensure every detail exceeds your expectations.
